Gratitude, Gratefulness and Glorious Gifts

November is the time to show your clients and customers how grateful you are and the time to let them know how much you value their business. Of course you will be telling them through emails and handwritten notes, but gratitude along with a glorious gift is an age-old tradition that never goes out of style.

With most people traveling to visit family for Thanksgiving, travel accessories are a good option to give away. Travel items could include anything from an oversized carry-on tote bag, to noise cancelling headphones providing a place to escape to when the in-laws become too jolly and boisterous.

Another option in November is to send pumpkin spiced anything and everything. As the season gets started, pumpkin spice becomes center stage with coffee flavors, aromatic sprays and scented soaps.

The most important thing to do this month is to humbly let everyone who touches your life know just how important they are to you. Sometimes this is an easy task and other times you may need help to convey what you want to say. Tips of the Trade Show

In our high tech 24/7 business lives, there is nothing online that can beat building relationships and trust than face-to-face interactions with clients and customers. While an online presence is paramount to business success today, personal interaction can take your business further when it comes to customer loyalty and it helps customers understand you and your business on a personal level.

Ever since the success of The Great Exhibition in 1851, trade shows function to bring buyers and sellers together. It worked then and it still works today. The only difference is now it is much harder to grab the attention of people walking by. To do this you have a booth that clearly shows what you and your company are all about and know a few tips of the trade show.

  1. Stay with your brand. You might be bored with your brand, but it is key to help customers understand who you are and what you do by being consistent. Choose giveaways that are long-lasting and carry your brand recognition forward. For example, if you are in the hotel business your giveaways might include anything from eye masks for sleeping to fluffy slippers to rolling travel bags with your corporate colors and logo. 
  2. Make sure your face-to-face staff are super friendly and know how to engage in a conversation and are passionate about your products and services.
  3. Find a way to tell your story in a creative way. We all love to learn and be entertained but we are all hardwired to personal stories. 
  4. Make a plan and have expert help. If you are relaxed and confident, customers will be drawn to you.

Bounties of the Beach The beach can be experienced in many ways. It can be a party with dance music, colorful beach umbrellas and tropical frozen drinks in coozies or it can be a place to read, rest and rejuvenate. Either way, what you bring to the beach can make or break a day in the sun. Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, beach towels and chairs are a must. However, to really get the party started waterproof bluetooth speakers, coolers with built-in blenders and wine flasks will certainly take your beach day up a notch.
